Leadership and Excellence

Leadership training and workshops towards the betterment of primarily the church and the larger community will be implemented. Spiritual, lay, youth, and community leaders will be engaged in a holistic transformation that must be observed in their institutions also.

Teaching and Training

Transformation at both individual and communal levels happens through intentional and well-designed education. sustainable change is sought through quality teaching and training provided not to only bring forth cognitive, but whole person change. The church as the main beneficiary of the organization will benefit through Missionary and Pastoral trainings.

Research and Publication 

Studies and researches towards updated, well-informed interaction with society are indispensable. GEIHM engages in conducting and disseminating researches, studies, books, and manuals towards bringing change. This will also be toward addressing the wide demand that can’t be physically reached.

Community-based Development 

GEIHM will work with and facilitate the engagement of churches in community-based development work. poverty reduction, Income generation, saving and credit, and empowerment are the main focus initiatives, towards a sustainable change within the society.

Evangelism, Church Planting and Discipleship

The expansion, growth, and maturation of the Church is the central purpose of GEIHM. Through targeted mission and church planting work, braided with the discipleship GEIHM will assist the church in the accomplishment of the Great Commission of our Lord Jesus Christ.
